Daniel's interest in health and well-being began at Oxford University where he graduated with a degree in physiological sciences. Recently his food and drink expertise was acknowledged by The Grocer magazine, who named him 'Top New Talent' in the sector. He knows a thing or two about adventure too, with his CV including being the first person to summit a previously unclimbed mountain deep in the Venezuelan jungle.

David Ferguson - Senior Marketing Manager

David originally worked in sports marketing before being lured to New Chapter Marketing where he has now plied his trade for nearly a decade. Having played rugby in the professional ranks he certainly doesn’t just talk the talk when it comes to health and fitness.


Sarah Cooksey - Marketing Manager

An experienced marketer, having previously worked for Noble Foods and The Happy Egg Co., Sarah brings with her a wealth of experience from the food and drink industry.
Sarah also likes to ‘dabble’ in adventure, having raced 600 miles across Mongolia in the world’s ‘toughest horse race’.

Jane Holden - Content Creator

Jane has previously worked in both charity and food sectors and if she’s not event planning can be found in the kitchen making spectacular creations to be photographed for in-print and social media platforms.
